For 20 years I have been a certified personal trainer, fitness and Stott Pilates Instructor. I have my own studio where I teach private personal training sessions. I also teach competitive dancers and train athletes to improve their core strength, flexibility and balance. My passion is helping people reach their fitness goals whether it be post injury and/or getting back into the best physical shape possible.
With years of success and experience, I am capable of analyzing your body and will create a fitness plan specifically for you. We will work together to keep you on track and motivated to reach your health & fitness goals and improve your core strength.
Pilates is a popular low-impact exercise. It's effective for toning up, building lean muscle, improved posture and core strength. The reformer is a machine that contains a carriage, pulleys, a vertical towner and 10 springs of varying tension that can be adjusted to suit your fitness level or needs. A full body personal training strength program can be done on the Mat and/or with Pilates reformer sessions.
Whether it be strength with free weights to gain muscle, functional training to make daily activities easier, weight loss, core strength or all of the above, I will make sure that I design the best program suited to meet your fitness goals!
This Pilates based personal training method is a perfect mix of Pilates/Cardio/Strength Intervals. Get the most efficient workout while strengthening your core, improved posture, flexibility and balance. This workout will include Pilates reformer sessions with free weights to create the perfect fitness combo.
Online fitness training couldn't be more convenient. Choose from 10 different styles including but not limited to Pilates, HIIT, Functional Training, Ballet Sculpt and much more. There are over 450 videos to choose from, working out on a busy schedule just became so much easier, no more excuses!
All fitness levels welcome! The Get Fit outside class includes cardio and strength drills that are timed so you can go at your own pace. I offer modifications so that each level of fitness feels included in the workout. We do class in the Riverview fields on Knox Crescent in Ottawa.
-Dance Jam is a cardio dance class to energetic music and easy to follow moves. Bring your kids, or come on your own!
- The fitness classes are a mix of cardio & strength exercises including Tabata, Circuit, Intervals and Traditional Strength. I change it up each week to keep you motivated!
First 8 week session starts Tuesday January 14th 2025 and runs for 8 consecutive weeks on Tuesday evenings between 6pm and 8pm. More details below. The second round of 8 weeks begins March 18th (after March break)

Dance Jam is a cardio dance class to energetic music and easy to follow moves. Bring your kids, or come on your own! The class is 45min long, please bring inside shoes and water. Coloring books will be provided to keep the kids busy if they want to take a break while you keep your groove on!
The adult fitness classes are a mix of cardio & strength exercises including Tabata, Circuit, Intervals and Traditional Strength. I change it up each week to keep you motivated! Please bring indoor shoes, an exercise mat and water.
